1. Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

No, you do not need an account to shop at Sun Thing Cool. However, an account will help to save your information to ease future purchases. It will also enable us to reach out to you for exclusive sales and discounts. Create an account here. 

2. What are your shipping charges?

We offer free shipping worldwide that covers most countries, please go here for more info. If you are unsure about whether or not your country can be reached, want express shipping or anything of that sort, please drop us an email at sunthingcool@gmail.com. Please note that the purchaser bears all import taxes.

3. How long does it take for my parcel to reach me?

We use the local courier and postal service, for most of our orders. You will be able to receive your parcel in 2-3 working days if you live within Malaysia and up to 14 days for overseas orders. If you would prefer express postal service, please drop us an email at sunthingcool@gmail.com

4. Can I track my parcel?

With the tracking code provided to you, track your parcel here

5. I need my item urgently, would I be able to pick it up?

Yes, we can try to arrange something along those lines, contact us at sunthingcool@gmail.com

6. What payment methods do we accept?

We accept Paypal payments for now, and are working on other payment gateways to serve you better. Please sign up to a Paypal account here should you wish to use this payment method.

 7. How do I know if an item is in stock?

All of our items in the sizes displayed on our website are ready stock. We can send it out to you immediately. If there is an item that does not have your size or is no longer in stock, please drop us an email at sunthingcool@gmail.com to see if we can order one for you. 

8. How do I know my size?

We follow the UK measurement system, please view our sizing guide for more detailed information. Don't forget we have an exchange policy if the swimsuit does not fit. 

9. If I do not like the item I purchased, can I return it?

We do not have a refund policy but we do have an exchange policy in place. Read the terms & conditions here

10. I would like to view your items, do you have a shop?

We are working on a physical shop but currently only offer online shopping. However, we also have a box it up concept you can learn more about here.
